UW-L economists host discussion on income inequality


La Crosse, Wis. – Faculty in UW-La Crosse’s Economics Department will host a conversation about income inequality 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, at 1309 Centennial Hall at UW-L. Faculty will discuss some of the factors responsible rising inequality in the U.S. and many other countries of the world.

“Our goal is to inform the public conversation, while highlighting the areas of agreement and disagreement between academic economists,” says TJ Brooks, chair of the Economics Department. “We look forward to the conversation.”
